LIFEDesigns provides supports and services for people with disabilities and seniors across South-Central Indiana. The programs and services offer a variety of holistic supports to meet the individual needs of each customer. Independence and abilities of all customers are promoted through teamwork and opportunity.

Community Transportation Network

The goal of Community Transportation network is to provide full access to community resources through friendly transportation service for seniors, persons with disabilities, children, youth and the agencies that support them.

The Carriage House

The Carriage House

The Clubhouse’s “Work-Ordered Day” provides the opportunity for those with mental illness to find meaning in work; the daily side-by-side work of running the Carriage House is where staff and members use their gifts alongside one another, in the meantime forming friendships and finding self-confidence. In addition to the Work-Ordered Day, the Clubhouse provides resources for employment, education, and housing.

Turnstone

Part of the Fort Wayne Community since 1943, Turnstone offers a variety of services and programs for children and adults with disabilities and their families. This includes an early learning center, health, fitness and wellness programs, social work services therapy, adaptive sports and recreation, and a new memory care program that is part of the Adult Day Services.
